Terms and Conditions

A verbal option will be held for 5 working days, giving you time to send your deposit and signed confirmation of booking.

A deposit of 25% is required, the remainder being due 8 weeks before departure. If the balance has not been received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Cheques in sterling, or euros (drawn on a French account) are accepted and should be made payable to Apex. We also accept electronic bank transfers and most major credit cards.

Once we have received your booking form and deposit (or full payment if booking within 8 weeks of departure) you will receive a confirmation invoice showing the payment made, and the balance, which is due 8 weeks before departure.

If you should cancel your accommodation after your booking has been made, you must inform us immediately in writing. The following cancellation charges will then apply:

The date of cancellation is the date that we receive your written confirmation.

If for any reason we have to cancel your accommodation, an alternative of equal or higher quality will be offered, or we will refund all money paid. Clients will be advised of any changes as soon as possible.

Winter sports activities are undertaken at the clients own risk and Apex cannot take responsibility for any injuries however caused. You are therefore advised to take out a medical insurance policy for the duration of your holiday.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or costs associated with adverse weather conditions.

Clients are expected to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt other guests or neighbours. Clients are liable for all damage caused by themselves or by children for whom they are responsible. We operate a no smoking policy in all accommodation.

If you should have a complaint, please inform us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Should the matter persist we should be informed in writing within 28 days of your departure.
