Our accommodation consists of a:

- Self Catering apartment sleeping 4/6
- B&B accommodation sleeping up to 14

These can be used together for large groups on a B&B basis only. Evening meals can be provided by arrangement.

The Self Catering Accommodation

The Self Catering apartment shares the main entrance with the B&B accommodation. During the winter there is garage space to leave your skis and boards and a boot warmer. And for the summer the garage is used to secure bikes overnight and as a workspace. A hose is also available for washing down bikes and riders at the end of the day. Wet gear can be dried overnight in the boiler room.

The lower floor consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with a separate shower room with WC. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, small hob and a combination oven. A clic clac sofa is provided in the lounge to sleep 2 people if required.

The second floor has 2 twin bedrooms, (one with a balcony with views of the Pleney), a bathroom with shower over the bath and a WC.

The apartment is normally available for weekly rental, from 16.00 on arrival day and is to be vacated by 10.00 on departure day, although we try to be flexible. Please ask about longer/shorter stays. Bedding and towels are provided, as well as a welcome pack of groceries for your arrival.

We are on hand to collect your breakfast bread and croissant order from the bakery to save you a trip in the morning, and to make restaurant and activity reservations if required. A mid week clean can be arranged for an extra charge.

The B&B Accommodation

The B&B accommodation is in 5 rooms, all with ensuite showers. You choose the day you arrive and how long you stay so that you can take advantage of cheap mid week flights. We've decided to use a wood pellet boiler for our heating and hot water as it's kinder to the environment, being fuelled by a sustainable local resource. Our renovations have retained the character of the building while providing you with comfortable, fuss free accommodation in our home.

You are welcome to use the dining room to bring in takeaways. We do not have a television, which we and previous guests think is an advantage. We do provide a CD player, CD's, books and games. Please feel free to bring your own DVD players and slippers. Computer points are available in both lounges together with free WIFI.

The ground floor consists of the shared entrance hall, a WC, garage space to leave your skis, and a boot warmer. In the summer the garage is used to secure bikes overnight and as a workspace. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the living rooms and dining room run from the front of the building to the covered back deck.

Free tea and coffee is available all day in the dining room, together with an honesty bar for beers, soft drinks, chocolates etc. There is a twin room on this floor, as well as the kitchen and our office.

The second floor consists of 2 twin rooms and 2 quad rooms, (2 single beds being on a mezzanine floor), one of these rooms has a shared balcony. All bedrooms have an ensuite shower, basin and WC. There is also a separate WC on this floor.
